So I got bored of doing UE4 tests in a gray template box, so I decided to get some color in the scene. I made a really simple tree trunk and leaf block, which I then exported to Unreal Engine. In Unreal I just started copying and deforming the leaf block, so I can easily reuse it.

This model doesn’t have normal map or ambient occlusion texture. Just a simple base color for both meshes.

By the way. I’m using a top-down template in UE4 to create a testing area for my design. I want to work in an isometric view, because  I’ve always loved old isometric games, like Tibia, Diablo and C&C. If I’ll ever end up making a game, it will be from the same point of view.
