Now that we started 3D modeling in my University, we got an assignment to model a coffeemaker, based on a real reference in the class. Our teacher taught the class with 3ds Max, but I wanted to try modeling it without guidance and I used Blender to do it. I had to spend some extra time reading about Blender Cycles rendering, since I’ve only tried it once, when I started learning modeling last June. With a bit of my own time and effort, I ended up with pretty good results. The model consists of 17500 polygons.
